Interpretation of local culture haritage through information panels on exemple of Prokopské údolí in Prague

This thesis focuses on nature trails and information panels and their role in the interpretation of local cultural heritage. Based on a literature search, it describes the theoretical basis of interpretation as such, the history of nature trails in the Czech Republic and worldwide, visitor issues and the educational and interpretive use of trails and panels. The main objective of this thesis is to map the current situation of nature trails in the Prokopské údolí in Prague, to evaluate their thematic focus, functionality, usability, and educational and interpretive potential. Part of the work is also a proposal for its own nature trail, which maps the industrial history of the Prokopské údolí in Prague.
